REDWheel is a wheelchair service database written by rehabilitation professionals for rehabilitation professionals.
REDWheel controls all aspects of a wheelchair service´s administration from referral through to supply via appointments and procurement.
It maintains records of all current and historical activities regarding the client and equipment. The system also keeps such records as may be required to monitor the activities that are occurring outside the wheelchair environment that could affect the service. This includes the approved repairer's free issue stock and maintenance activities, order requirements, users referred to special seating clinics and other specialities.
REDWheel is based on the Microsoft Access database using the Windows format to provide a user friendly and flexible interface, whilst ensuring that the fundamental data management requirements are met.
