SupportA TCW REDWheel support agreement provides varied support levels in order to keep your REDWheel database up, and running to its fullest functionality.

Telephone Support ensures a direct line to one of our REDWheel engineers from 09:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Remote Support can be included which, when required allows our REDWheel engineers to remotely access your server and workstations. This option is available during the same hours as Telephone Support, and is an important tool to severely reduce downtime and more costly site visits.

REDWheel software upgrades come included with the basic support package, so you can always be confident you are operating on the latest version.
